Questions

What parents ask before booking.

Answered plainly. If yours isn’t here, it takes two minutes on WhatsApp — and we reply in minutes, not hours.

Which boards and grades do you take?

CBSE & ICSE, Grades 1–10. Grades 1–8 run on the monthly class pool; Grades 9–10 are subject-wise board-year tuition. Everything runs alongside what your child's school is teaching, not instead of it.

What time are classes, and does it work from the Gulf?

Classes run in the Gulf evening — roughly 4:00 to 9:30 pm GST — after school there and comfortable teaching hours in India. Your slots are fixed for the whole term, not rescheduled week to week.

Can I choose the subjects?

You approve everything. The assessment tells us where the gaps are, we recommend a subject mix, and you sign off on it before classes start. Every month we review it with you and adjust. If you only ever want one subject, that's what you get — we never push more.

What if my child doesn't connect with a teacher?

Tell us within the first two weeks and we'll either change the teacher or refund the month in full. A child who doesn't like their teacher will not learn from them, and we would rather know early.

What happens if we miss a class?

Tell us at least four hours ahead and the class is made up within the same week. Holidays and exam weeks are planned around in advance.

How do I pay from the UAE or Saudi?

A payment link that takes international cards, sent on WhatsApp. Billed monthly in advance. No joining fee, no annual contract — you can stop at the end of any month.

Is this a replacement for school?

No. Your child stays in school and we work alongside it — the same chapters, the same tests, the same board. What we add is one team that knows exactly where your child stands and has time to go back and fix what the class of forty moved past.

Who are the teachers?

Working school teachers with classroom experience — not app-trained tutors. Your child sees the same teachers every week, and on Core and Full Academic Care one named lead teacher coordinates all of them and writes your Friday report.

What exactly is the Friday report?

A written document, every Friday, covering every subject your child studies with us: what was covered, what's now secure, what's still weak, and what we're doing about it next week. It is the product — the classes are how we deliver it.

What happens in the free assessment class?

Thirty minutes one-on-one with a teacher. Your child works through short diagnostic problems while the teacher watches how they think — the goal is to find where the chain actually broke, which is rarely the chapter the marks were lost on. Within 24 hours you get a written level report, yours to keep either way.

Do you teach Arabic and Urdu?

Yes — with native-language teachers, for Grades 3 and up. For children in Gulf schools where Arabic is compulsory, it slots into the same weekly pool as everything else.

My child only needs one subject. Do I have to buy more?

No. Focus — 8 classes a month, one subject — is a complete product, not a teaser. If the assessment shows other gaps we'll tell you once, in writing, and then leave the decision entirely to you.

How does it work for a six-year-old?

Differently, on purpose. Grades 1–2 classes are 40 minutes because that is the attention span at that age. The assessment is oral — reading aloud, counting — never a written test. And you sit in for the first two classes, then step out.

Can the subject mix change mid-term?

The timetable doesn't move, but the subjects inside it do. Every month we review progress with you and reallocate slots — more Maths before an exam, Hindi picked back up after. If a topic stalls for two weeks, a specialist swaps in at no extra cost.

How do we stop?

At the end of any month, with a WhatsApp message. There is no annual contract, no joining fee, and no exit process. In the first two weeks, if it isn't working, we refund the month.
