At this age the content is integrated — the child who struggles with word problems in Maths is often struggling with reading, not numbers. One teacher sees it; three tutors don't.
The gaps get fixed at the root
Grade 4 division that wobbles is usually Grade 2 number bonds that never set. We go back and repair it while the school moves on — that's what one-to-one is for.
